Windows XP

To change your Healthon-Net dialup access number and username in Windows XP use the following steps:

Step 1: Opening Network and Internet Connections

1. Click Start
2. Select Settings
3. Select Control Panel
   
4. Double-click Network and Internet Connections.
   
   (If you are using Windows XP Classic view please follow the Windows 2000 instructions.)
   

Step 2: Changing your username.

1. Double-click Internet Options
   
2. Click on the 'Connections' tab.
3. Select your HealthOn-Net Connection and click Settings
   
4. In the username change your username to username@healthon-net.com (where username is your Healthon-Net username)
   

Step 3: Changing your Dialup Number

1. On the Connection to Healthon-Net Settings screen, click the Properties button. You will be taken to a Connection Properties screen.
2. In the Phone Number field enter 0198 379 000
3. Ensure Use dialing rules is unticked.
   
4. Click OK, and then click OK again until you are back in the control panel.

You have now completed all of the neccessary changes, please disconnect and dial up using the new connection.
