To change your Healthon-net dialup access number and username in Windows 2000 use the following steps:

Step 1: Changing the dial-in access number

1. Open the Start Menu and navigate to Settings
2. Click on Control Panel.

3. Open Dial up Networking
   
4. Right-click the HealthOn-net icon and select Properties
   
5. In the Phone number field, change the number to 0198379000.
   
6. Ensure Use dialing rules is unticked.
   
7. Click OK. You will be taken back to the Network Connections screen.

Step 2: Changing your username.

1. Open Internet Explorer, then click on tools then internet options
2. Click on the 'Connections' tab.
3. Select your HealthOn-Net Connection and click Settings
   
4. In the username change your username to username@healthon-net.com (where username is your Healthon-net username)
   
5. Click Ok and Ok again to complete the changes.

   You have now completed all of the neccessary changes, please disconnect and dial up using the new connection.
