Windows ME

To change your BigBlue dialup access number and username in Windows ME use the following steps:

Step 1: Changing the dial-in access number

1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop
   
2. Double-click on Control Panel.
   
3. Open Dial up Networking
   
4. Right-click the BigBlue icon and select Properties
   
5. In the Phone number field, change the number to 0198379000.
6. Ensure that 'Use area code and dialing properties' is unticked.
   
7. Click OK. You will be taken back to the Network Connections screen.

Step 2: Changing your username.

1. In the address bar, click on 'Dialup Networking', and select 'Control Panel'. You will be taken to the Control Panel screen.
   
2. Double-click Internet Options
3. Click on the 'Connections' tab.
   
4. Select your Bigblue Connection and click Settings
5. In the username change your username to username@bigblue.net.au (where username is your BigBlue username)
   
6. Click Ok and Ok again to complete the changes.

   You have now completed all of the neccessary changes, please disconnect and dial up using the new connection.
