iiNet is proud to announce we now have one national number for all of our clients to connect.

If you are dialing in through one of the ISPs that are part of the iiNet Group of ISP's listed below, you can also take advantage of this national number by clicking on the logo of your ISP below and downloading the software to setup your connection.

To use our new number, choose your Internet provider below to open the 'Transition Assistant' - this will step you through the number change process.

For example, if your username is "john" you should now log in as
john@ihug.com.au, or
john@malleenet.net.au, or
john@octa4.net.au, etc.

..You can now dial 0198 379 000.

You can make the change manually by choosing your operating system and clicking the relevant link below. Then follow the instructions.
